Hannon Hill - CMS Experience You Can Trust

At Hannon Hill, we make it our mission to provide organizations with the best content management experience possible. We go above and beyond to understand and meet our customers' needs, both with our product, Cascade Server, and as a company. Below are a few traits that we believe differentiate us from other vendors and make your experience working with us a special one.

  • Independently Run Higher-Ed Listserv - interact with hundreds of Cascade Server users in higher education via the Cascade Server Higher-Ed Listserv. This communication group is run independently of Hannon Hill by a client institution. The listserv is an extremely active one with email communications usually taking place on a daily basis. Our users use the listserv to get specific implementation ideas and questions answered by their peers, share code, get feedback from other people using Cascade Server.
  • Commitment to Content Management - Since the company was founded in 2001, we've focused on content management and only content management. It's what we do and it's what we'll always do.
  • Cascade Server User's Conference - Our Cascade Server User's Conference is an annual event held yearly in Atlanta. With growth in conference attendance each year, the event is an extremely beneficial resource for our user community. Attendees get to spend two full days in sessions led by both the Hannon Hill team and client Cascade users and takeaway some valuable insight into our future product roadmap and Cascade Server best practices.
  • Strong Higher-Ed Community Presence - With over 120 institutions of higher education using Cascade Server to power their campus websites, it's no surprise that there is a strong higher-ed community around the product. As we mentioned above, our listserv is one example that demonstrates how enthusiastic, active, and helpful our educational community is. We also consult with users in higher-education when considering key product additions, and seek the feedback of this audience when shaping Cascade Server for the future.
  • User Success Community - Our Cascade Server Customer Success Community is located on our website at http://success.hannonhill.com and is intended to give our users everything they need to ensure adoption and successful use with Cascade. The community features idea exchanges related to each beta release, best practices, a forum to interact with our support team and Cascade Server users to get questions answered, and a variety of other resources to aid our users in CMS success.
  • Suggest Ideas Directly to our Development Team - Our Cascade Server Idea Exchange is located on our Success Community (mentioned above), and gives our users a direct outlet to suggest product ideas to our developers. Community members are able to vote ideas up and down, and those with the most interest and momentum are often incorporated into a future Cascade Server release.

All of the resources listed above are in place because we want you to benefit from using your web content management system. We listen to your feedback and are here to help in any way we can with your use of Cascade Server.
